In Spring House, a large residential property, Climatrol installed a Honeywell CentraLine system (Niagara AX) and integrated a ground source heat pump with an underfloor heating system. It includes the monitoring of all manifolds and equipment to maintain resident comfort and identify any failures for maintenance purposes. We created a scalable, customised web interface to allow individual time schedules and temperature settings for 38 zones within the property to be easily adjusted and maintained by the user.
